Do I need a Paypal Account to buy from your website?

No you don't, when you check out, you are directed to a secure paypal page, if you don't have a Paypal account click on the 'Don't have a Paypal account?' link where you can pay securely using your debit or credit card.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept credit/debit cards and Paypal payment methods.

What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

i. Returns

We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of goods in new or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt. We do not refund shipping costs.

Should you wish to return goods please contact us within 7 days of shipment receipt.

We suggest that items are returned with appropriate tracking; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit.

ii. Damaged items

If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately.

A replacement will be dispatched once we have either received the damaged item back or photos are submitted showing the damage.

Please wait for instructions before returning the item.

iii. Delayed items

If your item does not arrive within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch notification email, please contact us.

How Long Until My Item(s) Arrive?

Goods usually ship within 3/4 business days of order. Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with estimated delivery time.

Do you post outside the UK?
Yes we do, we post to all corners of the world, just select your country in the drop down box at checkout.
